Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

We have a cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to the tour .This means that
any cancellation within 72 hours before the tour are subjected to the FULL
charge of the reservation total to the credit card given for the reservation
by Serenity Sea Tours.

The cancellation policy applies to same day reservations .This means that
after completing a reservation for the same day, cancellations will not be
accepted.

Tours will only be cancelled if the coast guard issues an advisory due to
bad weather conditions.
