**Can I bring my own liquor?**
You most certainly can! BUT...
***PLEASE, NO RED WINE!!!! (Stains the Gelcoat like crazy!!)***
Only one bottle per type of Liquor is allowed per trip, and/or up to one case (24 cans) of beer.
Please drink responsibly, and please remember: The captain will always be in charge of the tour and of everybody’s wellbeing. Thus, he will not hesitate to control the alcohol on any passenger of your party, or even decide to end the trip early because of passenger misconduct without any refund whatsoever. For your safety and for everyone else’s, don’t ruin the day for everybody. That said, let’s all have some fun!

We assure you We take this Virus situation VERY SERIOUSLY...Don’t waste your day and your hard-earned money coming all the way to the marina for a booked and paid trip and being denied service. Make sure each passenger has a mask on as soon as you get out of your car. And also make sure each one of you brings either a recent CoVid-19 negative test or a Certificate of Vaccination. Failing to do so will get you an automatic trip cancellation and only a partial refund to cover all the preparations done for your cancelled trip. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once you’re cleared and on board, you may remove your mask for the rest of your trip. Since this is a private tour (which means nobody else will join your group), it is implied that you are in your own family nucleus. Nevertheless, even though your captain is fully vaccinated (and will also show you his/her vaccination card as well) it is also implied that we are the stranger here in your group, and thus, even vaccinated, we will keep our mask on throughout the trip for your safety.

Cancellation policy:
Guests have 48 hours prior to trip to make their cancellation for whatever reason, for full amount to be refunded.
Weather-related cancellations:
Puerto Rico is a tropical island. Hence, Tropical weather almost always includes some passing rain and/or scattered showers, so ultimately we do not cancel trips because of rain. This said, aside from a little rain, there’s obviously other factors involved and hence, naturally, all tours are weather permitting.
Our captains constantly monitor the weather and sea conditions to ensure the safety of our guests. In the event of constant, more than regular passing rain, severe wind, or more prominent rain including thunder & lightning, or any other deteriorating weather factors, a canceled tour due to weather and/or sea conditions might be imminent.
If this were the case, our captains will make the call and contact you to cancel or postpone your trip (if possible). If there are no other dates possible for rescheduling, full amount of reservation will be refunded.
